Stored at my place, 5 minutes away from the airport, this 1999 Land Rover Defender is a great option to land in Lisbon, do some groceries, and hit the road! Forget those cramped beach parking lots, go camp where normal cars can't go, and wake up with sea view. I swear it's worth it.

Should you require accommodation before or after the rental, I also offer a guesthouse with a pool and garden through Airbnb in Lisbon (where the Defender is stored), apartments in Porto, and a beautiful old house in the mountains of Lousã. Contact me for combo packs :)

In the car, I will include linen for the bed, two camping chairs, two camping tables, one gas stove, a camping light, and the required utensils for cooking (glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutting board, cutlery, pots, and pans. The car is equipped with a 40L water tank which you can use for a shower. Under the driver's seat, there is a secondary battery that can be connected to an inverter to use a 220V outlet. There is also a massive LED bar that will brighten any dark roads ahead of you. For the rest, I believe the photos really speak for themselves :)

It is however important to realize that this is a very old car and driving it is in no way similar to a 2021 Ford Fiesta. This car is difficult to drive and requires a lot more love than the usual vehicle. Once you get the feeling of it, it won't let you down. I do not recommend driving it over 100km/h for both safety and fuel consumption reasons. You can expect 10-12L/100km.
